- Expand the company's business portfolio by identifying and pursuing prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Work closely with the Secretarial & Business Support team to develop strategies and business plans.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities within the retail industry.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, delivering presentations and proposals as required.
- Contribute to team meetings, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Report regularly on performance and progress towards set goals.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Dutch Speaking Business Development Associate should have:

- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Must have experience in the food and drinks industry
- Must have experience as Sales Admin
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively to the company culture.
