**Job title: Orthotics Administrator**

**Location: Coventry**

**Hours: Part Time 22.5 hours per week**

We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Orthotics Administrator to join our team in Coventry.

**Job role summary**

Administration role supporting the provision of Orthotic services to patients. The successful applicant will support the end to end service delivery requirements for our patients including speedy and accurate response to customer queries, order processing and goods management, support of clinicians within the service, reception and administration duties, ensuring accuracy of information and maintenance of department systems and processes.

**What experience you will need**:

- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Microsoft excel and word experience;
- Able to use own initiative and seek advice when required.
- Proven track record in administration ideally within a healthcare environment
- Good team player and excellent customer service skills
