**Bookkeeper and Admin assistant part time 16-20 hours per week**

**£11-£13 per hour based on experience**

**Job Summary**

Due to phenomenal growth, an exciting opportunity has become available at DMG Dental Products UK Ltd. We are looking for an individual to support our small office team for an immediate start in Birchwood, Warrington. The role requires an organised, proactive and reliable person to work part time hours to be discussed.

**What you will be doing**:

- Purchase Ledger
- Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure
- Raising sales ledger invoices
- Chasing overdue invoices
- Building and maintaining client relationships/chasing payments
- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases then filing digital copies
- Managing expenses
- Month end accounts
- Processing VAT returns
- General ad hoc admin duties

**Bookkeeper** **Position Requirements**
- Fully qualified AAT or Qualified by experience
- Experience in SAGE 50 or accounting software
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office incl. Excel to a good level
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines/organised
- Full UK driving licence
