**Overview**

Are you looking to progress your career as a Financial Administrator with a growing and ambitious firm based in their prestigious London offices? Having worked exclusively with this firm for several years and due to a significant increase in new and existingClient business, Financial Divisions are looking to add an additional experienced Financial Administrator to their team which provides independent financial advice and manages investment portfolios for Private Clients and their families.

**The role**

Your role will involve supporting two Financial Advisors and providing full administration support wit a focus on efficiency, professionalism, quality and accuracy. Your daily involvement will include-- Maintaining new Business and existing records
- Writing Advisors meeting notes,
- Printing and filing of Client correspondence,
- Progressing pipeline business,
- Collating suitability reports packs, a
- Acting as main point of contact for providers
- Ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met
- Preparing portfolio valuations and client review packs for future Client meetings.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate -- Strong Financial Administrative skills within the wealth management sector
- Recent experience of the Intelliflo (IO) back-office system,
- Possess experience of liaising with product/investment providers and platforms,
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- Demonstrate accuracy, strong attention to detail and grammar
- Be self motivated to provide results efficiently
- Effectively working in a strong team environment.
