As a **Labourer** for Novus Property Solutions, you’ll work with a great team, who support each other and work together to deliver a great service for our customers. In this varied role, where no two days are the same, you’ll work across a diverse range of properties and customers, trusted, and supported to make decisions and deliver everything you do with compassion and care. You will predominantly be working on external works, assisting with Flat roofing (rubber system) and fascia works on tenanted properties, therefore you must be comfortable working at heights. You will also ensure the site is clean and tidy at all times and assist in the removal of all replaced materials, whilst always looking to meet health and safety standards, meaning your days will be varied and interesting.

**An outline of your responsibilities and experience**
- Supporting competent trade colleagues with roofing tasks, including Firestone rubber roofs, replacement of roofline works, and replacement corrugated roof sheets.
- General labouring around Sites, including plot cleans following roofing works and installing and resetting Heras fence panels
- Manage Systems so they are up to date and accurate
- Deliver materials and plant to operatives around site to the relevant properties and remove any removed materials safely
- Ensure all office and carpark space is kept clean and in order, including removing refuge from site
- Follow and enforce company health and safety procedures
- This role requires a Full UK Driving Licence and a DBS Check to be taken
**About You**
The successful Labourer will possess a background in manual labour within the Construction sector and ideally be familiar within working within Social Housing tenanted properties and working at height, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service.
