The role will include working in collaboration with all the quality first programme managers, business improvement partners, healthcare groups and system partner leadership teams to manage the day to day delivery of assigned projects and establishing appropriate governance. In addition, the post-holder will support the team to deliver the following outcomes: Ensure programmes have a robust assessment of quality benefits, scope and design of project plans, measures and risks, delivery and finally completion and review. Ensure projects align with the Trusts wider Strategic objectives and deliver tangible benefits to patients, staff and delivery of our quality Strategy. Be responsible for supporting decision-making, providing advice and be able to prepare strategic reports/briefings for the team, Board, Healthcare group leadership teams, provider organisations and NHSI.

The post holder will routinely assess and analyse data gathered from various sources, audits as and when required, in order to identify patterns and trends to enable effective and informed decision making. Ensure timely and accurate information analysis, and reporting. To collate as required, qualitative and quantitative information and to support the implementation process and contribute to project products. Write and present reports summarising status on key programmes of work, appraising outcomes, and providing progress reports.

Analyse, interpret and present data to highlight issues, risks and support decision making. Deputise, as delegated, for the Deputy Director of Quality Improvement
