Prime Glazing Supplies Ltd are a trade manufacturer of glazing products into the double glazing installer, trade counter & new build market.

Based from a factory & offices in Farnworth, Bolton (BL4), supplying all over the UK to its wide ranging customer base.

The product range includes aluminium bifold doors, sliding patio doors, heritage doors & slimline windows.

As business continues to grow we are moving into the next phase of our expansion with the launch of new products such as Prime Heritage & PrimeView Windows. We are looking to develop a new Internal Operational Team to proactively target new business and also develop and manage the existing pipeline of sales, and ensuring the supply chain & planning can keep pace with the growth of the business

As a Planning & Procurement Coordinator at Prime Glazing Supplies Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning of production, customer delivery scheduling, and procurement of products from suppliers. Your role will involve ensuring efficient production planning, timely delivery, accurate stock management, and effective communication with customers to achieve customer service excellence and industry-leading communications. You will play a pivotal role in optimising resource allocation, maintaining inventory levels, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers, internal staff and customers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Production Planning:

- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and optimise resource utilisation.
- Collaborate with the production department to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.
- Monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed to maintain schedule adherence.

2. Delivery Scheduling:

- Coordinate the scheduling of customer deliveries using the internal transport fleet.
- Ensure customer delivery dates are met and communicate any changes or delays promptly.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of deliveries.

3. Customer Communication:

- Maintain regular communication with customers at various touchpoints to provide updates on order progress.
- Address any concerns or issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strive for excellence in customer service and industry-leading communication practices.

4. Production File Processing:

- Process production files to prepare for ordering and manufacturing.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation to facilitate efficient production operations.

5. Supplier Procurement:

- Place stock orders with suppliers based on production requirements and inventory levels.
- Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, ensuring smooth supply chain.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

6. Software Usage:

- Utilise the software package "Logikal" for planning, procurement, and inventory management tasks.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

7. Stock Management:

- Coordinate monthly stock takes and ensure accurate valuations for meaningful management accounts.
- Optimise stock levels to minimise financial implications and ensure efficient inventory management.

8. Liaison and Reporting:

- Regularly liaise with the production department to obtain updates and information for reporting purposes.
- Update the internal reporting system in real-time to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

9. CRM System:

- Utilise the CRM system, HubSpot, to manage customer interactions, track orders, and maintain customer records.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
