**The Role of the Inside Sales Executive**
- This role is ideal for an experienced, **French speaking Telesales** /**Inside Sales Executive** who is looking to develop their sales career at a global company on the longer term.
- Selling a range of Orthodontic Devices/Dental.
- Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Inside Sales Executive's focus is in generating new business and qualify leads to grow the French market share.
- The Inside Sales Executive will be contacting existing accounts and prospects within the database on a day-to-day basis, to introduce and sell Orthodontics products and services and to maintain excellent relationships with their customers.
- The Inside Sales Executive will deliver product information, offer special promotions and feedback information on the market & competition landscape.

**Benefits of the Inside Sales Executive**
- £27k-£30k basic salary
- Commission paid quarterly
- Flexibility on start and finish times and early Fridays to accommodate work-life balance
- 25 days holidays + all UK bank holidays

**The Ideal Person for the Inside Sales Executive**
- **MUST BE FLUENT IN FRENCH**
- Experience from Medical Devices / Medical Sales / Dental Sales / Orthodontic Sales is desirable.
- However exceptional sales talent from other industries will be considered and full training is given.
- Hands-on approach and team-player attitude.
- High drive, self-motivation and integrity.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A clear understanding of the sales process and how to manage every stage.
- Ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ability to effectively multitask.
- Driving license is beneficial, although not essential.
