**Location: Hybrid split of 3 days office (Wilmslow), 2 days from home**

Over the past 24 months the Group has continued a trend of centralizing departments to improve efficiency and scalability as it continues to service existing brands as well as newly acquired businesses.

Reporting into the Group Commercial Finance Director, this role will add significant value to the continued optimization of Group services to the trading brands and provide real time analysis of the effectiveness and performance of these teams. There is also an increasing involvement in the Groups trading performance with centralized Inside Sales (Cross Sell) sales teams operating in the Group Company & a centralized marketing department. You will be responsible for controlling Group Company costs and ensuring these costs are fairly allocated to the Brands within the group to reflect their use of Group resources and teams.

Business Partnering - Tech & Product
- Key point of contact in the finance team for the Chief Technology & Product Officer, the Chief Information Officer, The Group IT Director & the Group Product Director.
- Review and manage the tech and product cost centre including people, opex and capex.
- Challenge tech leaders on license & subscription costs and value delivery through capex roadmaps.
- Assisting with the preparation of business cases for large capex projects and project resourcing propositions.
- Reporting against business cases and annual budgets, focussing on Return on Investment.
- Develop and manage project and roadmap cost reporting by platform and project type.
- Alongside the CPTO be the key barrier to cost approvals and managing costs to budget.
- Assisting with the preparation of new product forecasts and sales analysis of actuals vs budget.
- Designation of appropriate capex policies for resources and projects Groupwide.
- Prepare presentations for the monthly Tech & Product trading meetings to identify key areas of focus through analysis of key metrics and project performance.
- Represent Finance at monthly steerco meetings for tech areas and roadmaps.

Business Partnering - Inside Sales
- Key point of contact for Group Commercial Director, Inside Sales Manager and Inside Sales Commercial Manager.
- Preparation of monthly trading presentation, including performance vs budgets for key metrics and costs, and insights and analysis for the different data channels and products, spanning several of our brands.
- Support Inside Sales Manager & Commercial Manager with analysis of sales performance by individual and team.
- Analysis of new starters vs glide path and profitability mix of products sold.
- Monthly sales funnel reporting by team to identify conversion performance and lead challenges/surpluses.
- Calculation of monthly commissions and performance bonuses for the Inside Sales teams.
- Support in determining headcount and recruitment requirements by team.

Business Partnering - Marketing
- Key point of contact for the Group Digital Marketing Director & The Head of Brand & Comms.
- Preparation of monthly trading presentation, including performance vs budgets for key metrics and costs, and insights and analysis by Brand of key metrics and value driven out of different marketing channels.
- Approval of changes to central marketing team and links with business performance.
- Assistance in improving lead and marketing contribution reporting in brands with developing commercial reporting.
- Consolidation of groupwide costs on a monthly basis including categorisation by marketing channel and comparison to leads delivered.
- Support with business cases for Brand Investment and marketing plans for new acquisitions.

Business Partnering - HR & Recruitment
- Key point of contact for Chief People Officer, Group Senior HR BP & Group Talent Director.
- Responsibility for people cost forecasting and tracking for the Group Company through ownership of the Group Company salary tracker.
