**Salary Range**: £32,020 - £33,820 per annum

**Work Location**: HIWFRS HQ, Eastleigh

**Hours per week**: 37 (Requires flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, for which time off in lieu will be granted)

We have an exciting opportunity to work within Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service as an ICT trainer. We are an innovative, challenging, and high performing service and we are looking for passionate advocates for people development, who can effectively support our employees to develop their IT skills. This is your opportunity to contribute to public safety.

You will join our Talent and Organisational Development (T&OD) team, who pride themselves on developing people to realise their potential. You will be responsible for the design and facilitation of new training packages, and you will use your excellent communication skills to engage with employees to understand how you can support them. You will be a trusted advisor on our ICT systems, and you will play a key role in supporting our ICT department, disseminating key messages, and ensuring key learning outcomes are established and achieved.

We’re looking for engaging, dynamic individuals, who put people first. You should have a proven track record in the design, delivery, and evaluation of innovative learning, and you will be eager to impart your knowledge of our ICT systems onto others. You will be inquisitive in nature, and you will be excited by the opportunity to create a blended approach to learning, utilising a variety of digital learning technologies.

You will be positive about developing yourself and exploring new ways to help people learn. Experience of working in a similar role would be desirable.

This role is based at Hampshire Fire and Police Service HQ in Eastleigh, however you will be required to travel to Fire Stations and training venues within Hampshire and Isle of Wight.
