**Female Support Worker Opportunity **

**Location/Service: Trowbridge, Wiltshire**

**Payrate starts at £11.02 per hour**
- **Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour.**:

- **Premium overtime rates of an additional £1 per hour**
As a**Female** **Support Worker** at Lavender House & Primrose House in Trowbridge. Lavender House is a service for young people with autism and additional complex needs. Lavender House & Primrose Lodge is a property specifically designed for adults with Autism, Physical Disabilities, Learning Difficulties, and additional complex needs such as epilepsy and mental health. We pride ourselves in promoting independence and supporting people to lead as fulfilling a life as possible. A big part of your role will be supporting people to do their favourite things and try new activities.

Some of the activities we do are:

- Shopping
- Cinema
- Pamper sessions.
- Cooking/Baking sessions.
- Swimming
- Arts & Crafts
- Going out for lunch & Coffee
- Days out to the aquarium, zoo, and pantomime etc.
We are looking for a Support Worker to join our established and friendly team based at Lavender House & Primrose Lodge, on a full time or part time basis, full training is provided.

The individuals we support at this service enjoy a lot of community access, so confidence in lone working is essential. We are therefore looking for Support Workers with **previous experience**who can hit the ground running. However we will still provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the individuals we support.
