**Front of House Bar & Restaurant Assistant | Based in Kenilworth**

**Main Function**:Delivers high standards of customer service, including welcoming patrons in a fast paced environment. Serving Customers in our restaurant and bar areas

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Delivers an exceptional customer experience in all areas of role.
- Drives sales while ensuring accurate stock and sales records are processed via the Till systems. Engages with and participates in sales initiatives.
- Works in all areas of Front of House.
- Maintains high levels of cleanliness of their work area and equipment as detailed in their Cleaning Schedule, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies. Reports any maintenance or equipment defects to the Supervisor/Manager.
- Attends all required training courses.
- Adheres to all Health and Safety training minimising risks of injury and accidents.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

**Essential - **Customer facing experience and great communication skills. Works well as part of a team.

**Desirable - **Sales skills

National Min Wage for age - review within 6 months

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kenilworth, CV8 1DP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
