Part of a team to assist to administer daily sales and purchases reports using various website portals.

Purchase ledger stock administration.

Overseeing entries into website portals and reconciling stock to figures to create reports.

Daily Bank reconciliations.

Vendor Statement reconciliation.

SAGE accounts, VAT entries and other general office administration,

Salary. £34.5k pa. Salary Review after 3months.

Hours 8am-5.30pm Monday-Friday

Optional pension scheme.

Parking on site.

4 weeks holiday per year

Must live locally

Duties SAGE Line 50, VAT reconciliations, other sales ledger and purchase ledger administration on bespoke Microsoft 365 software, filing, other general office administration.
