G D Harries & Sons Ltd - In 2020, the company underwent a change of ownership, and now sits within the family of firms at Sigma-Roc Ltd. We are looking for quarry operatives to join our team. We are looking for people who are interested in learning about the industry, is interested in working for a company that has a long-standing history of excellence, and wants to be part of a family-like atmosphere.

You will be comfortable working under instruction to set timescales and as part of a team, with a firm focus on adhering to our health and safety regulations to keep you and others safe at all times. There will also be an expectation for you to perform general operative duties.
- **Monday - Friday 07.00-17.00**:

- Assist with loading and unloading equipment
- ADT Articulated Truck
- Loading Shovel
- Telehandler & Tractor
- Some Manual work will be involved around the site static & mobile plant
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
- Working at other site to meet the needs of the business.
- On site training

Expected hours: 50 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carmarthen, SA33 4RR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- telehandler: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- telehandler license (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- CPCS (preferred)
