**Job Purpose**:
As a Junior Marketing & Graphic Designer, you'll play a vital role in creating visually appealing and cohesive design elements that contribute to our brand identity. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and make a meaningful impact across various marketing channels.

**Responsibilities**:
-Generate consistent design work, including event collateral, social media graphics, online and offline marketing materials, and brand creativity.

-Assist in event planning by developing relevant content to promote events through mailers, e-shots, social content, etc.

-Collaborate with the team to ensure design consistency across various media outlets, delivering high-quality work for each department on time.

-Develop compelling designs for both print and digital platforms that effectively communicate key messages and attract target audiences.

-Work closely with and support other members of the Marketing team.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

**Experience**:
-Entry-level position; experience through internships or relevant coursework is a plus.

-Basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

-Eagerness to learn and develop graphic design and marketing skills.

-Familiarity with event planning and content creation is advantageous.

**Knowledge/Skills**:
-Creative mindset with a passion for design and marketing.

-Strong communication and collaboration skills.

-Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

-Basic understanding of current design trends and technologies.

-Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
