Part-time Receptionist

We currently require a new Part Time Receptionist to join our Norbev team to provide an efficient and professional reception for Norbev Limited delivering high levels of customer service.

The hours of work for this part time role are Wednesday and Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- First point of contact. Meet and greet the business’s clients and staff providing a high level of customer service, completing all relevant visitor paperwork.
- Answer calls politely, quickly, and efficiently.
- Keeping the reception area, front office, and conference room clean and tidy at all times.
- Manage the company notice boards and canteen screens.
- Ordering and monitoring the levels of stationery for all departments.
- Sorting of outgoing mail.
- Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties to provide general administrative support.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Excellent communication skills with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach, controls own workload and investigates potential problems, takes quick and effective action.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work within them. Capable of working in a deadline driven environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver performance.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Pay: £9,000.00-£10,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 per week
