**The role**

The apprentice will enjoy working within a small remote team. The ideal individual will be strong on both written and verbal communication, whilst also possessing exceptional organisational skills. They will be willing to make decisions on how to deal with operational responsibilities, with support from the Head of Operations.

The role will encompass:

- Providing executive support to Head of Accounting & Head of Operations to ensure the smooth running of the business
- Assisting with the planning and co-ordination of the HOA’s schedule
- Capturing action points from meetings and adding tasks to the task management system
- Assisting with formatting and typing up of HR policies and guidance documents
- Being the first point of contact for software access requests for the team, and providing access promptly
- Responsible for managing net zero and B Corp data
- Configuration of new laptops and maintaining hardware register
- Completion of Anti-Money Laundering checklists for clients
- Maintenance of CRM system and social media plans
- Monitoring overdue tasks and follow up with team members as and when required to ensure deadlines are not missed, and team members are using systems correctly
- Typing up articles, client interviews, and advice for our client monthly newsletter
- Working on the development of our software and systems, for more efficient and accurate use for team members
- Aligning task deadlines to match client timetables monthly, to ensure planning for the team is accurate and deadlines are met

The starting salary for this role will be £17,000 per annum, the basic holiday entitlement is 33 days per year, including bank holidays, with the option to purchase more holiday via salary sacrifice.

All training, exam entry and exam travel is paid for by the firm. There will be one day at college per week, but complementary on-the-job training is provided during work hours.

A company mobile phone and laptop will be provided.

The role is for 37.5 hours per week, and this can be worked flexibly throughout the week if client needs are met. The role is mostly home based with occasional team days in Taunton.

You will be entitled to private health insurance and life insurance cover after 3 months.

If successful, you will then be invited to an interview via Teams with our Head of Operations on Friday 23rd June.
