**The Role**:
**Car Park Supervisor**

An exciting new opening has arisen for a **Car Park Supervisor** at the Ruislip Lido in Hillingdon. We are looking for a friendly and organised person to help with the smooth running of one of our busiest car parks.

**Can you deliver excellent customer encounters by role modelling best practice and supporting team members to deliver high levels of service?**

**Your day to day duties will include**:

- Managing the car park attendants and Control Room staff while motivating and leading the team
- Work in partnership with Management to deliver best practice and uniform service to Customers
- Drive corrective action where service levels are not being met
- Monitor all operations and maintain standards of performance for all operational activities
- Ensure ongoing informal feedback is gathered from customers
- Be responsible for your team, including recruitment, retention, training, performance evaluation and continued development

- Do you have a passion for delivering great customer service and steering by example?
- Have you got a strong sales focus with experience in a similar role?
- Are you self motivated and able to work on own initiative as part of a team?
- Experience working within the Car Park Industry would be extremely beneficial but not essential

Must wear Black Trousers/combats, black footwear, white T-shirt, black jumper ( water proof and His-Vis waist will be provided)
