**The role**

As an IT Hardware Trader you will drive the sales of refurbished IT hardware, including server, workstations, and components. You will engage with B2B accounts and trade customers, who want equipment quickly and at the best price. You will be an excellent communicator, confident in brokering large deals and be able to effortlessly persuade customers to maximise sales profits.

This role requires someone who has a personable attitude, is dynamic, overdelivers on KPIs and hungry for success.

**Key responsibilities**
- Engage and secure new business while managing and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
- Drive negotiations with trade customers, ensuring the best deals that optimise profitability.
- Achieve and surpass sales and revenue targets on a monthly basis.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies to effectively adjust sales tactics.

- Proven ability to develop long-term business relationships.
- Keen insight into the refurbished market and customer needs.
- A genuine interest in IT hardware and a passion for sales.

**Experience and qualifications**
- Previous experience in sales is an advantage, but being confident with customers, alert to understand their needs and spot opportunities to sell is most important.
- Familiarity with ERP software such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, NetSuite or SAP.
- Fluency in English is required and ability to speak other languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with B2B technology such as BrokerBin is highly desirable.

**Location**

This a hybrid position based in the beautiful village of Ribchester, PR3 3XL.
