Method Resourcing have partnered with an iconic organisation who are now looking to bring in an established DevOps Lead/ DevOps Engineer / DevOps Manager who will be hands on in supporting and defining the DevOps function of the organisation. There has beena huge push to spread the DevOps methodology across the whole business as the look to reach their full potential during a number of Greenfield projects. There has also been a focus on implementing a truly agile methodology across the business in order to pushthings further forward.

The DevOps Lead/ DevOps Engineer / DevOps Manager will be responsble for 5 engineers, working closely with them on a number of projects. The new DevOps Lead/ DevOps Engineer / DevOps Manager will need to be comfortable with being hands on; especially inAzure and C#. Net environments. This role will be about 80/20 hands on, but there will be the expectation that you work closely with your team.

Key Skills:

- Experience delivering projects and leading projects
- CICD pipelines and understanding of the whole lifecycle.
- A good communicator at all levels
- Experience in Azure environments
- Monitor and appraise performance
- Confidence to talk about DevOps with other stakeholders
- Deliver on the planning of roadmaps for the digital team
- Knowledge of opensource tools.

This is a permanent role, paying circa £80,000 + up to a 20% bonus and a fantastic benefits package. This is a REMOTE position, with very occasional travel to London.
