**Salary: £27,000-£29,000 per annum (dependent on experience), pro rata**

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team.

You will be positive, confident and ‘can-do’ in approach, able to build relationships across Avalon to support our managers and employees with HR issues. You will work as part of our dedicated People and Culture team, across the full spectrum of HR activities which includes recruitment and onboarding. You will be committed to our mission and values.

The part time hours can be worked over 3 or 4 days (to be agreed at time of appointment), working flexibility to meet the needs of the business. The role is based at our Head Office in Harrogate, however we support agile working and there will be opportunities to work from home. There may also be a requirement to travel so access to a vehicle that can be used for work purposes with a full valid driving licence is desirable.
