**The Package - What you could earn**:

- Basic salary negotiable depending on experience
- Hybrid remote 2 days in office Wednesday and Thursday

**Head of Legal - Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Providing legal advice to the business and its leaders
- Managing change and developing risk mitigation plans.
- Helping to draft, vet and negotiate supplier and customer contracts
- Ensuring relevant insurances for all Group entities are maintained.
- Ensuring all company filing deadlines, both corporate and tax, are met
- Advising on the legal implications of company policies and procedures
- Ensuring all contracts, legal documents and templates are up-to-date and compliant with statutory laws
- Corporate Governance and board coordination
- Collaborating with regulatory bodies when required
- Promoting ethical behaviour and integrity in line with the Group's directives
- Translating corporate objectives into strategic business plans for the business segment/function/area based on knowledge of market and competitive trends.

**The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience practising law, preferably with a focus on corporate law and governance.
- Proven track record of providing strategic legal advice and guidance at a senior level
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance principles, legal compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities based on values and people respect. Motivator - happy to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sound judgement and ethical decision-making skills.
