One Property Recruitment have been instructed on the search for a Resident Service Associate based in the Tottenham area. This position is within the Build to rent sector and it is an extremely high-end residential development. The Residents Service Associate is a vital member of the front of house team. This role would be perfect for someone who has at least 2 years’ experience within the property sector and ideally build to rent. Your core duties will consist of:

- Working closely with the Property Managers to ensure that excellent customer service is always provided.
- Encourage as well as supporting resident engagement, through planning events and activities that residents can attend.
- Forging a sense of community between residents.
- Building superb relationships with external partners.
- Conducting property checks
- to ensure that the move in and out process of residents runs smoothly.
- Handle daily enquiries from tenants and attempt to answer / solve these queries effectively.
- Liaising with and book contractors as well as flagging up maintenance issues quickly to be fixed.
- Keep updated with new Health and Safety regulations and implement changes as required
