CabelUK offers a great opportunity for an Apprentice to join the team as Finance and Purchasing Apprentice.

Applicants must have excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

You will learn and be responsible for a wide range of activities within a busy office environment.

As part of this role, training towards the AAT level 2 (or Level 3 dependant on existing qualifications) qualification will be provided. Additionally, adequate training for all of the below job requirements shall be provided by various members within the organisation. This role is ideal for those aspiring to a career in finance and grants exposure to a wide array of business.

Specifics of Apprenticeship role to be developed and coached in:

- Bookkeeping
- Purchase Ledger control
- Sales Ledger Control
- Facilitating of purchase orders
- Assisting the Administration & Financial Controller
- Purchasing administrative duties
- Benchmarking suppliers
- Creating Purchase Orders
- Maintaining non-stock items stock levels
- General administration
- Any other reasonable tasks deemed appropriate

**Salary and Benefits**:
Apprentice Starting Salary of £13,000pa increasing after 1st year onwards based on performance

Attractive bonus share scheme.

**Hours of Work**
- 40 Hours a week 8:30 - 5:00 with a 30 minute lunch (some flexibility may be possible)

**Essential Skills and Knowledge required to be considered for this Apprenticeship opportunity**:
Applications must have the following as a minimum:

- A-Levels in Maths and English at minimum grade B
- GCSE - Mathematics, English and a Science at grade 5 as a minimum
- Good communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office - Excel and Word in particular
- Methodical thinking
- Well-organised and focussed
- Good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous
- Passion, enthusiasm and positivity for your chosen career route
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and multi-task

**Apprenticeship Study Programme will be a mixed of blended training - on the job training and attendance at AAT module classes either online or requirement to attend a college/training provider venue.**
