**Credit Controller / Hinckley, Leics / Permanent / Full-Time / Salary up to £24,000 + BONUS**
This brand new Credit Control opportunity based in Hinckley is the perfect opportunity to join a company on an upwards trajectory and is consistently winning new business. As this is an organisation experiencing continued growth, we are searching for up-and-comingCredit Controllers who either have experience in a similar role or have shown evidence of the customer-centric approach needed to be a success in this position.
You will report into the Credit Control Team Leader and have a fantastic support system from your Credit Control team when needed. There is little-to-no backlog of invoices and you will be assigned a ledger from the growing list of customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Dealing with customer queries
- Chase unpaid invoices from your customer ledger and investigate where the issue may have stemmed from
- Process Credit or Debit Card payments
- Managing the Credit Control processes to ensure customer satisfaction and timely payments where possible
- Adjust any accounts based on customer needs
- Administration duties including details of customer conversations
- Cash Allocations
- Resolve customer queries in an effective manner and understand reasons why debt is unpaid
**Requirements**:
- Credit Control, Billing, Collections or Customer Service experience (1 year min.)
- Friendly telephone manner and verbal communication skills
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Confident with making outbound calls on a daily basis
- Strong attention to detail
- Resilient and thick-skinned
