Additional information: _Please note these are administrative positions and there is no patient interaction. These roles are based in a hospital setting with a proportion of home working. _

MDT coordinators play a vital role ensuring patients with suspected cancer are investigated, diagnosed and treated in a timely manner in accordance with National timeframes.

The post holder will prepare and attend the MDT meetings and record the outcome of each discussion, this outcome will then benefit the post holder's ability to track these patients successfully through their pathway.

This post presents the opportunity to work with a wide variety of professionals and will be based within a friendly and welcoming admin team within cancer services.

This is an exciting new post to meet the increasing demand on Oncology. Cancer Services is an interesting, fast-paced environment, where roles constantly develop based on service needs.
