Hindi or Urdu Speaking Credit Controller

Elevation Recruitment are currently seeking a Hindi / Urdu speaking Credit Controller to join a rapidly growing business based in Bradford on a full time, permanent basis
This role requires a proactive approach to managing and collecting debts from company debtors and will be ideal for an individual who is able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to contribute to the overall accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance Department.
These will include (but will not be limited to):
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of 400+ live accounts
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships and continually promote the company values and reputation
- Reconciliation of invoices, resolving account queries and managing debt recovery
- Evaluate new credit requests, check credit ratings with insurers and other credit agencies, determining whether to allow credit to a debtor and advise on credit limits
- Negotiating re-payment plans
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Previous work experience as a Credit Controller
- Proficient in Accounting and Office software
- Able to reconcile complex debtors accounts
- Strong communication skills (Hindi / Urdu fluency)
- Skilled in dealing with problematic clients
