The Role

Working as part of a team you will need to work collaboratively to provide an innovative empty homes and lettings service to minimise revenue loss and increase value for money, whilst striving for an improved customer experience.

You will be committed to putting customers first whilst using your initiative to achieve results.

To succeed in this role, you will need to prove that you are an excellent communicator with the ability to analyse information and present it clearly. You should have a demonstrable record of responding to customer feedback in a professional manner and experience of managing customer’s expectations.

The location

Whilst you'll be contractually based in London, we offer the flexibility for agile working to allow you to work from home and so we’ll provide you with the necessary mobile working equipment. We'd also like you to join the rest of the team in the office at least 3 days per week for collaborative working and social interaction

What you’ll have
- Strong, extensive and proven background in similar customer service roles
- Strong experience of following processes and using initiative
- Great at managing expectations
- Work with customer complaints in a mature and professional manner
- Team player, working together on team objectives
- Ideally some experience within housing management and lettings but not essential to this role - training will be provided.
