Maintenance Handyman/woman

AHC Property Ltd, a commercial and residential landlord, is currently looking for an experienced handyman / multi trades person to join our team on a full time basis. You will be working in a team or on your own. Problem solving and an eye for detail is essential. Urgently looking for someone to start asap.

Skills we are currently looking for are:

- Painting Skills ( Walls, Ceilings, Woodwork etc )
- Basic Carpentry Skills ( Doors, Locks, Decking etc)
- Basic Plumbing Skills ( Sinks, Taps. Bathrooms, Kitchens etc )
- Basic Electrics Skills ( Lights, Switches, Plug Sockets etc )
- Basic Landscaping skills (Weed Clearance, bush cutting, ect)
- **MUST** have driving license
- Own tools preferred, but not essential
- **WORKING HOURS** 8.30am - 5.30pm

Training will be given for Scissor lift and forklift, where appropriate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 3 years (required)
