Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Local Authority, who are looking to recruit an experienced YOS Officer to join their team based in the Central London area.

**JOB DETAILS**
- PAY RATE: £24.58 per hour
- WORK TYPE: Temporary
- WORK PATTERN: Full Time
- LOCATION: Central London

**JOB SUMMARY**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

- To carry out whole holistic assessments using the YJB AssetPlus assessment tool.
- To undertake reflective supervision in casework with line manager and to attend group supervision sessions.
- To work directly with child and young person to ensure their voice is heard and incorporated into the planning process.
- To provide and co-ordinate structured support and intervention to families to help them change their behaviour. Some of these interventions make be required to be intensive.
- To track progress, keep accurate and contemporaneous records, provide feedback to others and escalate concerns where necessary.
- To work with families who will benefit from intensive support and to support other colleagues to do this.
