This job is being advertised on behalf of Halo Recruit Ltd, who operates as a Recruitment Business.

We are currently recruiting for an admin supporting the Inventory team in all aspects

Your duties will included:

- Download data from D365 and WMS systems to feed into daily reports
- Assist with analysis of large data sets as required to determine stock discrepancies between WMS & D365
- Liaise with designated couriers to arrange transport to transfer stock between our sites
- Support in raising transfer orders between our DCs
- Check & receipt orders on WMS
- Update orders manually in D365 when required
- Assist in maintaining and updating order trackers & schedules
- Liaise with other DC sites

You will have the below skills/experience:

- Excellent IT skills particularly excel, knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics desirable
- Great communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £12 per hour

Hours Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
