We pride ourselves in maintaining longstanding relationships with some of the best-known businesses across the UK, due to this we have been awarded new long-term contracts.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for various Drainage Operatives to join our busy team working along-side team leaders in undertaking pre planned and emergency works. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is actively seeking progression, if you are looking for a long-term career then this could be a great place to start.

Salary

Expect a basic salary with excellent earning potential, after overtime, in excess of £45,000. Hourly rates are _from_ £11.00 per hour (dependant on previous experience, qualifications and age) with overtime paid at time and a half and/or double time accordingly.

You will be operating various equipment and vehicles for a wide range of drain-related issues from emergency call-outs and blockages, to cleaning pipes during regular maintenance programs, carrying out CCTV Survey works, repairs/reinstating, HPWJ and all other general drainage works. In addition Clearway offer the latest development in high performance no dig repair drainage solutions that provides a quick and easy method of repair to the damaged drainage and sewer pipes. We are looking for highly capable Patching & Lining Drainage Operatives who have experience in UV Lining, Patch Repairs, Ambient Lining and/or Resin.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- CSCS, HPWJ, Confined Space, EUSR Water Hygiene, NRASW Signing, Lighting & Guarding, are desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Must be well organized and have a positive can-do attitude
- Be able to work as part of a team
- You will visit various types of clients and sites, from commercial, residential, and industrial therefore it is essential you are able to communicate effectively and politely with customers and colleagues throughout the business
- Willing to undertake training and development as appropriate
- Be able to work using your own initiative
- Must operate in accordance with our H&S and Quality Procedures

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving license (preferably no more than 3 points)
- Must be flexible as you will be required to carry out a reasonable amount of overtime
- Be willing to work nights, weekends and early starts as we operative 24/7

Additional Information
- We offer a competitive salary dependent upon skills and experience.
- The company operates an on-call rota which the applicant will be expected to work on (approximately one week in six)
