**Requirements**:
Previous accounts experience

A good level of knowledge working with excel, Word and Outlook

Knowledge of Xero would be beneficial but not essential

Previous experience of a busy, fast paced environment desirable

Ability to work to a deadline and a good eye for detail to ensure accurate record keeping

The role comprises a wide range of responsibilities covering both Sales and purchase ledger functions across all group entities.
- Posting and allocating payments to the Purchase and Sales ledgers
- Posting receipts and payments from bank statements
- Ensuring correct coding of purchase invoices post auto entry
- Ensuring correct upload and coding of sales invoices from the order management software
- Posting credit card transactions onto the Purchase ledger
- Assist with both the external and internal month end processes
- Support the group Financial Controller with ad-hoc duties

Reporting Line - report to the Group Financial Controller
