Pay: £250 P/D

**Role Overview**:
We want to hear from people who have a passion for solving difficult challenges, a thirst for innovation and a drive for just making the best games possible. You will be part of a dynamic team, whose key responsibility is to push for quality and efficiencywherever possible. Working with art teams, engineers, and designers, you will help develop visual elements from the perspective of art and technology, assist in creating content pipelines and collaborate with our engineers on new features. Please note, this is a visual role.

**Key Requirements**:

- Working with the Art Teams and the Leads to deliver the game to the artistic vision
- Support the Engineering and Design teams in delivering features
- Taking visual elements from concept to game implementation
- Identifying and creating tools and techniques to deliver game features
- Proactively identify new technologies and techniques that will improve the game
- When required, create documentation of tech and processes for the wider team
- Keep content within memory budget and performance guidelines

**Experience and Qualifications required**:

- Experience with Unreal Engine
- Deep knowledge of 3D creation packages (Maya/Max/Zbrush/etc)
- Up-to-date experience and knowledge of current game development practices and terminology
