**SALES PROGRESSOR - Residential Estate Agency**

**Location: Twickenham**

**Salary: £30k (pro rata)**

**Position: Permanent - Part Time (18 - 25hrs)**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, market leading **independent Estate Agency**with offices in Twickenham: our client requires a **part-time Sales Progressor**to support their busy and successful team and to manage a very substantial business pipeline of current sales.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is determined and driven: you **_
must have
_ previous experience** in**residential estate agency** or **conveyancing** and have a full understanding of the **property sales process**.

You will have fantastic communication skills; be able to work on own initiative and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will liaise with Solicitors, mortgage lenders and Estate Agents and report back to the vendors and purchasers.
