**Hours Per Week: 7:30-6:30**

**About the Nursery**:

- The nursery is one of the newest nurseries which only opened in 2021, the nursery school provides high quality childcare for children between 0-5 years. The passionate staff work closely with the parents to ensure the best possible outcomes. The Nursery is in Central Cottenham where public transport is easily accessible.

- 17 days annual leave + week at Christmas.**The role of a Nursery Assistant within the Nursery involves**:
- Working as part of the Nursery team-
- Participating in activities with the children, including integrative play, reading and curriculum set activities-
- Creating play and learning opportunities, which encourage learning and development-
- Building strong relationships with parents and keeping a strong line of communication with them-
- Providing a caring and supportive environment for all children-
- Promoting and ensuring children’s welfare and health and safety are protected-
- Adhering with internal and external policies and procedures-
- Reporting and recording all incidents, as well as promoting a culture of safeguarding**To be considered for the role of Nursery Assistant you will have**:
- Previous experience working with children-
- GCSE or equivalent English and Mathematics Grade C or above-
