**The role & what you take care of**:
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, working in close collaboration with trades colleagues as one team. The role encompasses a diverse and rewarding working routine, with great benefits.
- You will assist in diagnosing complex repairs, ensuring our customers are at the heart of what we do. You will help us achieve this by specifying and raising works, working closely with our trade’s teams, ensuring repairs requested embody our right service, right time, first time ethos and are value for money.
- You will manage enquiries from customers, external agencies, customer contact centre and other departments relating to technical and buildings matters. You will occasionally select and manage the performance of sub-contractors and work closely with Trade Team Managers to achieve the organisational performance standards.

**What you need to be successful**:
You will be motivated to work to a high standard without supervision, with a polite and approachable way about you and wiliness to learn / work with our IT and equipment systems.
- You will have a construction industry qualification or proven ability & experience, preferably HND/HNC in Construction or Built Environment together with responsive repairs experience.
- You will have a good level of Health and Safety knowledge and preferably understanding and qualifications in Asbestos Awareness.
- You will have experience of construction from inception through to completion, understanding of building defects, knowledge of materials and working methods; you will have the ability to produce detailed specifications and guidance to rectify defects.

**You must be able to travel independently to and from Magna sites on a regular basis - Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence is essential**.**
