HR Graduate Administrator

Anderson Knight Recruitment have a rare opportunity for a HR graduate, our client is are currently seeking a highly motivated Human Resource Management Graduate to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with some administration experience, who is looking to start their career in HR and gain valuable experience in a supportive, fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This position will be based in Lanarkshire, where you will work onsite with the HR team, offering an excellent learning environment and an opportunity for exposure to all generalist HR activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the day-to-day administration of HR activities, across the full employee lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee data in our HR system.
- Provide support to the HR team on HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, as required.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification in HR or business studies.
- Strong administration experience
- Experience working in an office environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Full driving license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
