Key Responsibilities:

- Perform the filling and fuelling of empty gas cylinders according to established procedures and guidelines. This includes connecting cylinders to filling stations, monitoring filling levels, and ensuring accurate measurements.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on filled cylinders to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. This involves inspecting for leaks, verifying proper seals, and confirming the integrity of the cylinders.
- Safely load filled cylinders onto trucks and trailers for transportation to distribution centres or customers. This includes proper handling techniques to prevent damage to cylinders and ensure secure transportation.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols throughout all operations. This includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, following safe handling procedures, and maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Maintain accurate records of filling operations, quality checks, and loading activities. This involves documenting quantities filled, inspection results, and any incidents or deviations from standard procedures.
- Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of filling equipment and machinery. This includes cleaning, lubricating, and performing routine inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Skills & Qualifications:

- A positive, reasonable attitude to be able to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions and documentation procedures.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Willingness to adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Having a Fork Lift License would be advantageous however we can provide full training if required.

**Salary**: £9.31-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
