Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk

A forward thinking and innovative business with offices located in Leeds City Centre are looking to appoint a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their growing finance team.

We are looking for self-starters who will welcome the excitement and challenge of joining a fast growing and developing team. You will have proven accounts experience within purchase ledger, possess strong IT skills with Microsoft Office, have strong communication skills and be a good team player who is good at developing relationships and have a strong attention to detail.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

- Input of Purchase Ledger Invoices in timely manner.
- Matching and coding of invoices to Purchase Orders.
- Manage Supplier Statement Reconciliations.
- Liaise with external suppliers to resolve accounting queries.
- Communicate with internal departments.
- Create monthly payment runs.
- Review payment requests outside of month end run.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
