Rail Station/ Mobile Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness within our facilities.

We currently have a vacancy opportunity working out of Blackpool North Railway Station.

This opportunity will require someone whom holds a current UK driving licence as they will be required to cover MST, mobile cleaning and static stations.

This will be on a rotating shift pattern from Monday to Sunday 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00.

Weekends will occasionally be required depending on your rota.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, platforms, waiting areas, and restrooms.
- Empty trash cans and ensure proper disposal of waste materials in designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize public surfaces such as handrails, seating areas, ticket machines, and escalators.
- Monitor and restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, soap, and hand sanitizer.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the station entrance, parking lots, and surrounding areas.
- Respond promptly to spillages, accidents, or other cleaning emergencies.
- Follow established safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Clean driving licence
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and handling cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: £12.00 per hour
