**Full time, permanent role**

**Salary: £25,000 per annum PLUS annual bonus**

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong Print Design skills and good knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong communication skills to deal with stakeholders across the business and ensure templates are delivered to brief, on time and in the right format for each purpose.
- Able to develop productive working relationships with colleagues
- IT literate with good general numeracy and literacy skills
- Able to direct and manage your own workload
- Work with other members of the team to deliver 10/10 finished products, including completing setup, testing, product copy and images
- Passionate about design and trends. Using initiative to monitor and keep on top of opportunities and keeping our products and style fresh
- Your personality is key. If you have a can do, hard working approach you will fit in with the fun online team culture.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in the digital design or printing industry
- Experience of personalised product design
- Understanding of print resolution and media
