**We are looking for a Highways Operatives to help us fulfil a contract with Balfour Beatty at their Coleshill or Budbrooke Depot depending on your address to be able to attend within the required time frame of a call out, with the possibility to extend further.**

**Place of work: Coleshill or Budbrooke Depot**

**Hours**:3pm - 11pm, Monday - Friday, with half an hour unpaid break.

The requirement would be to be on call Monday night through to Friday Morning outside of your working hours.

**Pay**: £14.75-£15.25 per hour (depending on qualifications).

£20.00 per on call (Monday - Thursday)

Time and a half for hours for all call outs.

**Skills required**:

- 7.5 tonne licence with up to date CPC is **Preferable**.
- NRSWA street works qualification is Highly desirable, training can be offered after a successful probationary period.
- CSCS card.
- Winter Maintenance experience, Pot hole repairs, Minor Slabbing works.
- Basic/Minor Highways repairs, and Support of Emergency Services for Highway Emergencies.

**Immediate start for 1 operative.**

**Salary**: £14.75-£15.25 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
