**Turndown Attendant
**You are at the heart of the hotel As a Turndown Attendant, you will ensure that the presentation of guest bedrooms and public areas of the hotel meet the Fairmont St, Andrews standard at all times. You will promote the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel consistently.

**What you will be doing**:

- To ensure that all specified areas are cleaned and presented within the allocated time frame, to the standard required by Fairmont St. Andrews, Scotland
- To be courteous and discreet with guest requests especially when attempting to clean rooms
- To handle guest queries in accordance with company standards
- To ensure that damage to rooms and equipment are reported through the correct channels.
- To be aware of hotel services and facilities to advise guests where appropriate
- Other duties as specified by the Housekeeping Manager
- Comply with the hotel policy and procedures regarding all Statutory and Company training and attend regular training sessions.
- To ensure customers come first
- To ensure that all standards are met when turning down the guest bedrooms as set out within the Housekeeping SOP
- To ensure that all Amenities, supplies and linen are provided in each guest bedroom
- Other duties as assigned

**Your experience and skills include**:

- Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience an asset
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with minimum supervision
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming

**Your team and working environment**:

- Working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team and lone working
- Evening and weekend work will be required
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
