Summary
The main purpose of this patient facing position is to carry out installations of NIV/ CPAP devices and consumables for patients. You will be required to deliver training to the patient and/or family/carer to ensure that the success of the prescribed treatment.
Monday - Friday role
Remote role - travelling to patients homes
£38,000-£42,000 DOE + Car

The Role
Conduct set-ups for NIV patients and transition to new equipment
Install NIV devices (including backup) for patients and conduct software upgrades on NIV devices
Support complex CPAP patients when diary allows
Set up refresher device training for patients
Work with core team members and clients
Manage a busy patient case load
Build and develop relationships with external customers and clinicians
Prioritise customer need appropriately and effectively
Record all treatments and plans on care plan
Manage diary effectively
You
Must be NIV trained
Full Driving License essential
Must be a Registered Nurse
Good ethos essential
