**Job Profile**:
We are currently representing a well-established Landscape Design Company that is looking for a Sales / Marketing Administrator to join their team in London.

The role of the Sales / Marketing Administrator is to take responsibility for key areas of the construction team, providing support and assistance to ensure the financial control processes.

Sales / Marketing Administrator Position Overview
- Support teams with setting up new supplier accounts
- Obtain supplier prices to review
- Support Site Managers with budget allocation and process of all purchase orders in line with company procedures
- Support Contracts Manager with pre-site administrative tasks
- Following Company procedures for all projects to be set up correctly on the Cost Control and Project Management systems.
- Managing the logging and tracking of all documentation received and issued on all business-related contracts
- Support the Designer and Project Manager in logging New Enquiries coming into the business.
- Administration and reporting of advertising, marketing and social media activities.
- Posting to social media apps, as directed

Sales / Marketing Administrator Position Requirements
- 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Living in or around the London area
- Enthusiastic about Sales and Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation skills, attentive and proven ability to multi-task
- Professional, helpful and approachable
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project, Word
- Able to work effectively and communicate clearly with all department managers
- Good time management skills

Sales / Marketing Administrator Position Remuneration
- Salary Expectations; £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
