**Key Responsibilities**:

- The Procurement Specialist will be expected to effectively manage third party spend (c.€50m annually) across a range of indirect categories. Some key deliverables will include:_
- Delivering sustainable cost reduction
- Contributing to revenue growth
- Maximising customer satisfaction
- Minimising supply risk and maintaining / improving quality

**Day to Day**:

- Develop and execute procurement strategies to effectively manage spend under direct responsibility. Act as functional expert across the business
- Effectively source, manage suppliers, contracts and KPIs of spend under direct responsibility
- Build and maintain close relationships with existing and potential suppliers to drive value from the supply market and supplier innovation
- Build and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders and their teams to deliver results valued by the business

**Key Skills**:

- Relevant procurement experience (with focus on indirect categories ideally) and strong commercial acumen
- Hands on approach to delivery, pragmatic, and can-do attitude
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing, experience of working in matrix-based organisations
- Strong analytical and synthetic skills: Ability to collate, analyse and draw commercial insights from large amounts of data. Ability to summarise detailed information into concise understanding to support effective decision making
- Excellent communication skills
