We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. If you have excellent organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Assist with data entry tasks and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero software
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Xero and similar accounting software
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
- Strong clerical skills, including filing, record keeping, and document management

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £19,623.00-£21,552.00 per year

Expected hours: 14 - 18 per week
