We are a Locksmith and Double-Glazing company, this role will be customer facing, mainly on the road in a company provided van. On occasion there will be some shop work including serving customers and ordering materials.

**Job description**

In order to cover an increasing workload, we are looking to add an experienced Locksmith with at least 2 years practical experience. The applicant should have a proven track record in the following areas:

- Lock installation
- UPVC door and window repairs
- Gaining entry
- Key cutting
- Good product knowledge

**The Applicant must have**:

- Smart appearance with outstanding customer service and communication skills, equally comfortable in meeting with both domestic and commercial customers.
- A high degree of reliability, self-motivation and an ability to fault find and provide solutions on site.
- High standards of work with the ability to work under pressure and to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills essential, both verbal and written, reasonable IT knowledge.
- Have their own tools.
- Be able to work individually or as part of a team.
- Have good time management skills.
- Possess a full, clean driving licence.
- Be able to pass an enhanced D.B.S. check.

**Your day-to-day role will be**:
Checking jobs for the day ensuring you have the required parts.

Carrying out the jobs attaining a first-time fix where possible and assessing if further work is required.

Completing reports on the jobs ensuring any required parts are ordered.

Liaising with the rest of the team.

**References will be required at interview stage.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
