SF Recruitment are recruiting for both a mechanical and electrical drafter; this is a contracted position and is based in Chesterfield. Initially office based but after induction may be potential for hybrid working. Job requirements as below:

- Mechanical Drafter:

- Full competency in Autodesk Inventor and Vault Software Packages
- Experience in Autodesk AutoCAD (2D) would be beneficial
- Familiar with Windows 10 Operating system and MS Office Software Packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Suitable qualifications and experience in Engineering Design and Drafting
- Able to generate detail design layout and drawings for:

- Site Layout experience
- Plant Layout Experience
- Able to read and understand PID’s
- Pipe Work Assembly and detailing for screwed and welded pipe work (6mm - 100mm, 500mbar to 8barg)
- Assembly of Process Control Systems with awareness of device positioning such as strainers, valves, regulators, specialist components based on PID’s
- Plate Weldments and Fabrications
- Limited Structural Steel Assemblies
- Electrical Drafter:

- Full competency in Autodesk Inventor and Vault Software Packages

- Suitable qualifications and experience in Engineering Design and Drafting with electrical/MNE bias)
- Building Services layout experience
- Able to generate detail design layout and drawings for:

- Site Layout experience
- Plant Layout Experience
- Able to read and understand PID’s
- Able to understand electrical drawings, cable schedules and wiring diagrams
- Cable and Containment routing details
